Currently our despatch times are unaffected, and we aim to ensure all orders are fulfilled by our team within one working day as normal.
For shipping we use DPD who as part of government contingency planning can continue operating throughout Europe as normal during the outbreak even during lockdown to ensure essential supplies. However, there are several restrictions which are currently affecting customers. These are:
Border delays of 24-48 hours. These are essential to prevent further spread of Covid-19
- All click and collect options are suspended due to closure of non-essential business
Only one delivery attempt will be made. If you are not at your designated address when the courier arrives your order will be returned and cancelled, but you will still be charged your delivery fee
Contact free delivery. Your delivery driver will not ask you to sign for your delivery, instead a picture confirming delivery at your address will be taken as confirmation. This is to protect customers and drivers
Restrictions to some postcodes. In the worst affected areas, there are delivery restrictions. You can find the latest restrictions here. Please ensure you check for postcode restrictions before placing your order. If you place an order for a restricted area, your order will be cancelled

Given that customers may experience minor delays of 24-48 hours, we are advising all stock customers to place their orders early.
If you are working on a bespoke packaging project, you may be affected by slightly longer lead times in manufacture, however, this is expected to improve over the next couple of weeks and return to normal.
